Terms of Service

publishez is a tool that lets you compose, schedule, generate, and publish posts to multiple social media platforms — including YouTube, Facebook, Bluesky, Mastodon, LinkedIn, and others — from a single interface. We act on your behalf using credentials you authorize. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of those platforms.

• You must be at least 13 years old (16 in some jurisdictions) to use the service.
• You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your login credentials secure.
• One person per account. Don't share logins or impersonate another person or entity.
• You can close your account at any time by emailing rpdforlifex@gmail.com.

You own everything you create or upload through publishez — your post text, images, videos, AI prompts, and the outputs of AI generations you initiate.

To make the service work, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, transmit, and display your content for the sole purpose of operating publishez on your behalf. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you upload or generate, and that your use of it doesn't infringe any third party's rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, etc.).

Don't use publishez to:

• Publish illegal content, hate speech, harassment, or threats.
• Send spam, mass-mention, or astroturf.
• Impersonate a person, brand, or entity you don't represent.
• Distribute malware, phishing material, scams, or content that exploits or endangers minors.
• Infringe copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights.
• Circumvent the rate limits, content policies, or technical protections of any connected platform.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or non-public information from the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

Every platform you connect (YouTube, Facebook, etc.) has its own Terms of Service and content policies. You're responsible for complying with each one — for example, YouTube's Community Guidelines and Facebook's Community Standards apply to anything you publish there, even when you publish via publishez.

We have no control over those platforms and aren't liable for changes they make, rate limits they enforce, content moderation decisions they take, or service outages they experience.

publishez integrates with third-party AI providers (currently fal.ai and OpenAI) for image, video, and text generation. AI outputs are produced from your prompts, on demand. We make no warranty about the quality, accuracy, originality, or fitness of AI outputs for any purpose. You're responsible for reviewing every AI output before publishing it.

Different users may receive similar or identical outputs from the same prompts. Do not rely on AI outputs being unique to you.

The service is currently free. If we introduce paid features, we'll give you notice at least 14 days in advance and you'll have the option to keep using any existing free tier (if we offer one) or to discontinue use.

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that pose a risk to other users, or that we are legally required to terminate. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately, and we may delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee that posts will be published successfully, on time, or at all.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will publishez or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you've paid to us in the prior twelve months, or (b) USD 100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless publishez and its operators from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or any third party's rights.

We may update these Terms over time. If we make material changes we'll update the "Effective" date at the top and email anyone with an active account at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the change date means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
