Terms of Service

publishez lets you write, schedule, generate, and publish posts to social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Bluesky and Mastodon, from one place. It can also be used from AI assistants such as Claude through our connector and API keys. We act on your behalf using the access you grant. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of those platforms.

• You must be at least 13 years old (16 where local law requires) to use the service.
• You're responsible for everything done through your account, including through API keys or AI assistants you connect. Keep your login and keys secure, and revoke a key if you think it has leaked.
• One person per account. Don't share logins or impersonate another person or entity.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

You own everything you create or upload through publishez: your post text, images, videos, prompts, and the AI outputs you generate.

To run the service, you give us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, transmit and display your content only to operate publishez for you, including sending it to the platforms you choose. The license ends when you delete the content or your account.

You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload, generate or publish, and for making sure it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity and so on).

Don't use publishez to:

• Publish illegal content, hate speech, harassment, or threats.
• Send spam, mass-mention people, or run fake-engagement campaigns.
• Impersonate a person, brand, or entity you don't represent.
• Distribute malware, phishing, scams, or content that exploits or endangers minors.
• Infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Get around the rate limits, content rules, or technical protections of any connected platform, or of publishez itself.
• Reverse engineer or scrape the service, or try to access other users' data.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without prior notice.

Each platform you connect has its own terms and content rules, and they apply to everything you publish there, even through publishez. You're responsible for following them. In particular, by connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

We don't control those platforms and aren't responsible for their changes, limits, moderation decisions or outages.

publishez uses third-party AI providers (currently OpenAI and fal.ai) for text, image and video generation. AI output can be wrong, unoriginal, or unsuitable, and we make no promises about it. Review every AI output before you publish it. Other users may get similar output from similar prompts.

The service is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you at least 14 days before you could be charged, and you won't be charged without agreeing to it.

We may add, change or remove features, including which platforms are supported, sometimes because a platform changes its rules. We'll try to give notice of changes that affect you significantly.

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, put other users at risk, or that we're legally required to close. When an account is closed, your right to use the service ends and your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee that posts will be published successfully, on time, or at all.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither publishez nor its operator will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the prior twelve months, or (b) USD 100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless publishez and its operator from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or anyone else's rights.

We may transfer these Terms, and the service, to a company we form or to a new owner of publishez. If we do, the new operator takes our place under these Terms and we'll tell you. You may not transfer your account or these Terms without our written consent.

We may update these Terms. If we make a material change we'll update the date at the top and email account holders at least 14 days before it takes effect. Using the service after that date means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
